It features Danner's new Mountain Chassis system, which combines the upper, a cushioned midsole, TPU shank and rugged outsole components into a single system that offers increased durability, support and stability. Featuring a sleek, athletic upper, the Task Force has a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX liner. It is made with sturdy, waterproof full-grain leather and an abrasion-resistant mesh for lightweight, durable wear. A five-point, overstitch connection between the upper and mid-sole/outsole unit brings increased performance and durability, while cement construction reduces weight.
